How does the weekly plan work?
Same dedicated cleaner, same slot every week (or fortnight), $25/hr with a 3-hour minimum. No lock-in — skip or reschedule free with 24 hours' notice. Most 3-room flats need ~3 hours; 4/5-room and condos ~4 hours.
When should I book my BTO or post-HIP cleaning?
BTO: after defect rectification, before your furniture arrives — one session is usually enough, and we bring everything. Post-HIP: any time after works complete; we're used to working around elderly residents' schedules or cleaning while you're at work.
How do I pay? Do you take PayNow?
Yes — PayNow, bank transfer or cash, only after the session. Nothing is ever charged on this website; booking here is a request that we confirm by WhatsApp or call first.
Do I need to be home? Is my data safe?
Up to you — many regulars hand over access after the first visit, and we can send before/after photos on WhatsApp. You'll be in the hands of a professional team you can trust. Your contact details are used only to arrange your session, per the PDPA.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back to re-clean the affected areas free. No forms, no fuss — it's how we keep the 4.9★.
